HOW WE SECURE YOUR RICE SHIPMENT QUALITY
Once you have us on-board, the first stage of analysis begins when we get in touch with your supplier for a sample from the processed lot. The prime focus during this analysis is the purity of rice and if the purity levels are found satisfactory, we approve the lot and inform the supplier to go ahead with the lot and inform us about the packing date so that we can be physically present during the process to analyse the quality in detail & supervise the packing & loading process.
Once the date of packing is confirmed, our quality inspector will reach the packing location before the commencement of the packing process. He will then draw the samples from the running lots to conduct detailed quality analysis (Purity, length, moisture, broken, crop age, damaged discolor, etc.) including cooking test. He will then send you the evaluation reports, real time pictures and videos through the agreed mode of communication. All our reports are prepared in such a manner that you get a real-time picture to take a wise decision even without being present on the site.
Once you approve the test reports, our Quality Inspector will supervise each single detail including bag material and its quality, weighing scale accuracy, empty bag weight, packaged bag weight, bag sealing or stitching quality and the overall handling. The final packing will be done under the close supervision of our Quality Inspector.
Once the packing is done, our Quality Inspector will supervise the loading of the bags, tally bags count with order sheet, sealing of the container, fumigation and the dispatch. The quality parameters that he will consider will supervising the loading process will include: the hygiene and cleanliness of the containers and boxes, leaks or any other tampering issues that might occur while in transit.
To support the authenticity of our findings, Quality Inspector will take real time pictures and videos of the entire inspection process and will send them to you through the agreed mode of communication. Once the packaged lot is dispatched from the mill, our Quality Inspector will leave the mill after final reporting to you.
Note: Quality tests will be conducted for each fresh lot even if it demands the Quality Inspector to visit the mill multiple times or to be present 24 x 7.
